rationale: no one sends out “mailings to all EHs who held an event in the past year. the sheer work it would take is ludicrous. That option should be removed from the rules. This change also removes Creathorne Chronicles as an advertisement option. Additionally, this combines two bullets into one, and removed some redundancy that we introduced with a change last year.

* It needs to have been advertised with full event information at least two weeks before the date of the event. Advertisement must include at least one of the following means: Publication in The View from Valehaven or Creathorne Chronicles, posted on the RealmsNet Event Calendar, or through a mass mailing or electronic mailing, which must include the known addresses of all Realms EH’s who have held Realms events in the previous year.
* Names of all Realms EHs, as well as location of the event and price, must be announced at least two weeks for the event is scheduled to take place. Any significant rule changes, especially those affecting normally legal powers and abilities of characters must be announced in the advertisement or mailing.
