OSTicket v1.6RC5: How to add ticket subject to autogenerated email

At work we have been using OSTicket as our support ticketing software for a while now. And one of the things that has always really annoyed me about the software is when someone opens a ticket and I get the autogenerated email, the email is missing the ticket subject. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but for some unfathomable reason a goodly portion of my coworkers seem to think that the subject line is where you should put important details.

ebay: best product question ever

Started selling some stuff on ebay again. I let stuff pile up and its time for some of it to find new homes or hit the circular file. One of the things that has always been a source of frustration on ebay auctions is some times answering the inane questions asked by people. Well today I got the best question of all time... (partially because its not a question, but rather a statement).

Dear themaninblack,

Johnny Cash is alive and selling RAM!! Cool....

Thank you that was awesome!

gmail fail

Now this is too funny:

Secure Connection Failed

mail.google.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate will not be valid until 3/25/2009 12:49 PM.

(Error code: sec_error_expired_certificate)

The best part about this is that when your system clock gets reset to factory default it screws SSL certs to hell.

Everyone in the States has heard of the ESRB if they play video games. The Entertainment Software Rating Board is a non-profi, self regulatory board essentially started and owned by the Entertainment Software Association (ESA). They assign ratings to video games to give parents a better idea of the content of that video game. They also help enforce industry adopted advertising guidelines. Also according to their site they some how help with online privacy. (Not sure how, didn't read that indepth about that one.)
