Perun

Perun was the supreme god in ancient Slavic mythology, revered as the thunderer and ruler of the sky, storms, lightning, war, and justice. Associated with oak trees, axes, and eagles, he embodied cosmic order and lawful force, opposing chaos in the form of the serpent‑like god Veles in a legendary “chaoskampf” battle that explained storms and seasonal change. Worship of Perun was widespread among early Slavic peoples and attested in medieval chronicles; his cult endured in folk beliefs and festival traditions even as Christianity spread across Eastern Europe. Perun symbolizes strength, protection, and the authority of natural and social law in Slavic lore.

Attack (100%ATK + 1%ATK per SPD) 7 times at random. Each hit has a 35% chance to decrease the target’s turn meter by 10%. Additional attacks against the same target reduces turn meter by 5%.
Awakening III: If a target’s turn meter is reduced to 0%, place [Stun] on them for 1 turn.

PASSIVE Storm Surge
When an enemy hero has their turn meter decreased, increase this hero’s turn meter by 4%
