Guan Yu was a legendary Chinese general from the late Eastern Han dynasty, best known from the historical novel *Romance of the Three Kingdoms*. Renowned for his loyalty, righteousness, and martial skill, he served the warlord Liu Bei and became a symbol of honor and brotherhood. After his death, Guan Yu was revered as a god of war and justice, widely worshipped in Chinese culture for his integrity and moral strength. Pop Culture and Video games: Dynasty Warriors series (1997–present). In Alpha Guan Yu was one of the three Starter Heroes.
